This pure Brazilian coffee contains coffee from the Cerrado area in the state of Minas Gerais, about 1,000 metres above sea level. It is classified as "Specialty Strictly Soft" coffee thanks to the care with which it is grown, harvested and processed.

The result in a cup? A smooth coffee without excess and nice and well expressed cashew nut tones thanks to its medium roast, also called "monk coat". Thanks to these characteristics, it can be consumed at any time of the day.
