Our story began in 1962, when we opened our first café in the heart of Laterza (TA), a small town in Puglia that already exuded the warm and welcoming atmosphere typical of Italian tradition. Since that first step, we have experienced many changes, successes, and challenges, but each step has brought us closer to a dream that, with commitment and determination, we have decided to build day after day.
It is a story about family, values passed down through generations, and an unwavering commitment to perfection. It is a story centered around a tradition that is never betrayed, but rather renewed, refined, and improved. We have grown over time, but our heart remains the same: a small corner of Puglia where a passion for coffee animates our daily lives.
In 1996, another important chapter began: the creation of our roasting plant. Located in the heart of Terra delle Gravine, a region that has always inspired us with its pristine landscapes and rich history, the roasting plant is our flagship. It is here that we have created a solid and tangible business, born from the vision of an entrepreneur from Laertino who, with foresight and passion, decided to invest in the quality and excellence of coffee.
We were the first to establish ourselves in this region and, from the very beginning, we introduced an innovative coffee blending technique, which allowed us to create unique and flawless blends, using only single-origin green beans, selected with the utmost care and attention. Each blend that leaves our roastery is a work of art, a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, the result of meticulous work and a deep respect for each bean.
But our coffee is not just a product: it is a promise. It is a commitment we have made to ourselves and to those who choose us, to offer only the best. Each cup is the result of years of experience, research, and passion.
