Here at 8GRAMS Italian Coffee Store, you have the choice between several delivery options on our online store.

We work with BPost, Mondial Relay, DPD... but not only !

Delivery is free everywhere in Belgium for orders over €49. For deliveries in Liège & Riemst, we do our best to deliver directly with our express service = Delivery within 24 to 48 working hours. Yay!

If you prefer, you can pick up your order at our warehouse, located in Riemst (Maastrichtersteenweg 10, 3770 Riemst, across from the Jansen and Nibema store) or at our Café Comptoir in Liège, Rue de la Boucherie No. 1 - 4000 Liège.

Product Return Policy

Online purchases can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the shipping date.

To value coffee (and other perishable goods or products that are likely to deteriorate after opening), it is not necessary to unpack or open the product. If you do, it becomes unsellable and its depreciation is 100%.

If you would like to return coffee, please contact our customer service at info@8grams.store. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

You can choose between a replacement product or a full refund. If you choose the latter, we will refund you within 14 days of your notification of your decision to cancel the agreement.

However, we may wait until we receive the products back or you provide proof of shipment before issuing a refund. The cost of returning the products is the customer's responsibility.

 

Coffee machine, kettle, grinder, any other electrical appliance:

Electrical appliances must be returned in "as new" condition: that is, an intact product with all its original components, such as the original packaging, filter holders and filters, instructions for use, and any other parts or accessories.

We must receive everything that was originally in the box. The appliance must be free of scratches, dents or stains. The machine, all parts and components must be absolutely clean and free of any traces of coffee, water or milk residue.

If you have any questions about how our exchange and return policy works, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to help you. If your equipment arrives in this condition, we will refund the full purchase price of the returned products, less the total actual cost of shipping, to your original method of payment.

Any equipment not received in this condition will be assessed for damage and may be subject to a reconditioning charge.

Note: Espresso machines that have been modified or customized (e.g., installing a PID or plumbing kit) by the purchaser are not eligible for return.
