Terms Of Service
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale set out the rights and obligations relating to the sale of coffee, coffee machines and accessories by 8 GRAMS SRL (VAT number: BE 0799 891 989), located at Maastrichtersteenweg 10, 3770 Riemst, Belgium.
By placing an order on the website www.8grams.store, the customer accepts these terms. Every order is governed by the Belgian law in force.
The seller may amend these terms at any time without notice. However, the terms that apply are those in force at the time of the order.
2. Products, prices and orders
Product description
Each product comes with a detailed description. Photos are for illustration only and may differ slightly from the final product.
Availability
Products are offered while stocks last. If a product is unavailable, the seller will inform the customer by email as soon as possible, with the option to cancel the order or choose a similar product.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the chosen delivery method; they are listed in our shipping policy and shown at checkout.
Orders
The customer can order as a guest or by creating an account on the website. Every order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. An order confirmation will be sent by email within 24 hours.
The seller reserves the right to deliver an equivalent product if a product is unavailable.
3. Personal data protection
When ordering, the customer provides personal data that is processed for order management, invoicing and delivery.
In accordance with Belgian privacy law, the customer has the right to access, correct or delete their data. Any request can be sent to info@8grams.store.
4. Delivery
Delivery options
The customer can choose between home delivery, delivery to a pickup point or free pickup at our shop (Rue Sébastien Laruelle 2, 4000 Liège, Belgium). Online orders can be delivered to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg; for other countries, the customer can contact us for a personalised offer.
Delivery times
Orders are shipped within 24 hours (on working days). The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 working days in Belgium and 2 to 4 working days in the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg. Order details and delivery addresses must be accurate to avoid delays or additional costs.
Any delivery problem must be reported within 48 hours on +32 (0)495 18 47 29.
5. Payment
Accepted payment methods:
- Bank cards (via Stripe)
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
6. Late payment
In the event of late payment, interest of 1% per month will be charged, as well as a fixed compensation of 15% of the total amount. The seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel any unpaid order.
7. Damage and misuse
Any product damaged after delivery as a result of misuse will be neither exchanged nor refunded.
8. Warranties
Products are guaranteed under the manufacturer's conditions. To report a defective product, the customer has 14 working days from receipt. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
Return costs and risks are borne by the customer. The warranties do not cover:
- Breakage
- Wear parts (seals, filters, cartridges, etc.)
- Failures caused by misuse or external causes (power surge, flooding)
- Repairs not carried out by an approved technician
9. Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the judicial district of Liège shall have jurisdiction.
