Ethiopia: The land where the history of coffee began . For thousands of years, the Arabica plant has grown wild in the forests of the country's southwest highlands, such as the Kaffa region (from which the drink gets its name).

This Ethiopian single-origin offered by Caffè Carraro contains coffee grown in the southern part of the country on volcanic soil, at an altitude of 1,300 to 2,100 meters above sea level, where there is a clear distinction between the wet and dry seasons.

This is the most fragrant coffee in the world, with distinct notes of jasmine and rose petals. It is very smooth in the cup, with a medium body and a liqueur taste. The aftertaste is persistent and very pleasant. It is a perfect accompaniment for breakfast and the end of a meal with sweets.
