Brazilian Single Origin Coffee Beans - 100% Arabica. This pure Brazilian origin contains coffee from the Cerrado area in the state of Minas Gerais, approximately 1,000 meters above sea level. It is classified as a "Specialty Strictly Soft" coffee due to the care with which it is grown, harvested and processed.

The result in the cup? A mild coffee without excess and nice tones of cashew nuts well expressed thanks to its medium roast/monk's robe. Thanks to these characteristics, it can be consumed at any time of the day.

Caffè Carraro 1927: Their motto? Ogni Giorno Migliore = Every day better , and this for almost a century. This highly renowned coffee house has managed to grow without sacrificing the taste and quality of its products. A roasting from Schio, in the Province of Vicenza.
