Brazilian espresso coffee beans. Authentic Italian roast. This pure Brazilian origin contains coffee from the Cerrado area in the state of Minas Gerais, approximately 1,000 meters above sea level. It is classified as a "Specialty Strictly Soft" coffee thanks to the care with which it is grown, harvested and processed.

The result in the cup? A mild coffee without excess and nice tones of cashew nuts well expressed thanks to its medium roast/monk's robe. Thanks to these characteristics, it can be consumed at any time of the day.

Caffè Carraro 1927: Their motto? Ogni Giorno Migliore = Every day better , and this for almost a century. This highly renowned coffee house has managed to grow without sacrificing the taste and quality of its products. A roasting from Schio, in the Province of Vicenza.
