Your order is carefully prepared and shipped within 24 hours (on working days).

We ship with bpost, DPD, PostNL and Mondial Relay.

Belgium
– Mondial Relay pickup point: €5.90, free from €39
– Home delivery (bpost): €7.99, free from €59
– Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 working days

Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg
– Mondial Relay pickup point: €6.90, free from €39
– Home delivery (DPD or PostNL): €12.99, free from €69
– Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 working days

Free delivery thresholds
Thresholds apply to the order total after discounts (including promo codes).

Choosing your pickup point
You choose your Mondial Relay pickup point right after payment, on the order confirmation page. If you don't choose one, we send your parcel to the nearest pickup point to your address.

Free in-store pickup
You can collect your order free of charge at our shop: 8GRAMS Italian Coffee Store, Rue Sébastien Laruelle 2, 4000 Liège, Belgium. Choose in-store pickup at checkout; we will let you know as soon as your order is ready.

Other countries
We also deliver to other countries on request. Rates depend on the country and the distance: please contact us before ordering and we will send you a personalised offer. Free delivery does not apply to these countries.
