Brazil Fazenda do Salto is a specialty coffee produced by Otávio Reis in the Carmo da Cachoeira region, in the heart of Minas Gerais. Grown at an altitude of 1150 meters, this lot expresses all the richness and sweetness characteristic of great Brazilian specialty coffees.
Made from the Yellow Catuai variety, this coffee benefits from an extended 48-hour natural process that gives it remarkable aromatic depth and an enveloping sweetness. An artisanal roast by Gearbox Coffee Roasters reveals the full potential of this exceptional terroir.
Fazenda do Salto offers a gourmet and generous profile, marked by notes of cherry, toffee, ladyfingers, and macadamia nuts. The texture is silky, the sweetness omnipresent, for a cup that is both complex and accessible.
