From Liguria to Tuscany, then to Veneto, each region of Italy has forged its own coffee culture. This box brings together three iconic houses—Caffè Giovannacci, Mokarico Firenze, and Caffè Carraro 1927—to invite you to compare three distinct expressions of Italian espresso, to alternate as you wish, and to discover what makes each roast unique.
Caffè Giovannacci's Bordeaux Blend is composed of five different green coffees, elegantly woven together. The 80% Arabica beans come from Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Ethiopia, while the perfectly integrated Robusta beans come from India. The green coffees are roasted individually before being blended to create the final product. What struck us? The masterful roasting of each bean—rather mid-roast—and that sublime aroma reminiscent of amaretto biscuits or the famous cantuccini. Equally pleasant for a proper espresso or a longer coffee.
An exceptional coffee bean with an aromatic profile of hazelnut, vanilla, and a sweet touch reminiscent of caramel. Composition: 50% Arabica – 50% Robusta. Origins: Ethiopia, Brazil, Tanzania, Ivory Coast (Natural Process). A round, dense, and harmonious cup, ideal for espresso as well as cappuccino. Mokarico is certified by INEI (Istituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano), guaranteeing an authentic and high-quality espresso.
A blend with a traditional taste, obtained from Robustas capable of giving body to the cup and a touch of Arabica (approx. 30%) giving it a hint of sweetness at the end. A full and powerful body with superb aromas of dried fruit and toasted bread. The ideal coffee for a beautiful Italian espresso, yielding a lovely dense crema in the cup.
