Made from 100% Colombian Arabica beans , this coffee is sourced from Equipo de Mujeres Rurales de San Alberto , a collective of committed women producers who work daily towards quality, sustainable, and fair agriculture. By choosing this coffee, you directly support the work and empowerment of rural women passionate about their land and their coffee.
The beans are then hand-roasted in Italy by Giovannacci Caffè , using a medium roast designed to reveal the full aromatic richness of the terroir while maintaining elegance and balance in the cup. This versatile roast is perfectly suited to espresso machines , Italian moka pots , and also gentler methods like the French press .
In the cup, this coffee impresses with its beautiful aromatic harmony :
