Discover this exceptional specialty coffee from Finca Los Angeles, a 16-hectare farm founded in 2017 by Los Naranjos Coffee in the Sonsonate department of El Salvador. Established after a natural disaster, this farm plays a key role in supporting the local community.
The Origin
In 2020, Finca Los Angeles participated in the Cup of Excellence for the first time and ranked 5th. The farm is almost entirely planted with young Pacamara coffee trees on flat land, benefiting from a sustainable agronomic approach.

Harvest and Processing
Harvesting takes place from January to March. Cherries are selected at optimal ripeness based on Brix levels. This lot underwent an Anaerobic Natural process: fermentation in controlled tanks for 72 hours with pH and sugar monitoring, pre-drying for 3 days at 60% humidity, then full drying on raised beds for 30–40 days until 10% humidity.
