The Primo Mattino blend is a coffee with a traditional taste, obtained from Robustas capable of giving body to the cup and a touch of Arabica (approx. 30%) giving it a touch of sweetness at the on the palate.

The ideal coffee for a nice Italian espresso, giving a beautiful dense crema in the cup. A full and powerful body with superb aromas of dried fruits and toast.

Caffè Carraro 1927: Their motto? Ogni Giorno Migliore = Every day better , and this for almost a century. This highly renowned coffee house has managed to grow without sacrificing the taste and quality of its products. A roasting from Schio, in the Province of Vicenza.
