Sourced exclusively from the SL28 variety, known for its aromatic complexity and finesse, this coffee benefits from a fully washed process that highlights its clarity in the cup and its taste precision.
Kenya Gatina offers a bright and refined profile, marked by notes of lemon, freshly grated apple, rhubarb, and black tea. The acidity is lively but perfectly balanced, supported by a beautiful sweetness and a long, elegant finish.
